New Online Customer Service Center Now Open!


Many of you have been asking when can you check your claims status online. This capability is now available in our online Customer Service Center. In addition to checking the status of your claims, you may also print your 1099.

New Online Credentialing Applications Are Now Available


Activ is making the credentialing process easier for you. You can now enter your initial Georgia credentialing or re-credentialing applications online. Click here to start your online application now. A website password is not required to complete your credentialing application.


Webinar Claims and EDI Training Sessions Available

I-AHC is offering Webinar CA/EDI Training sessions. Training opportunities are scheduled every other Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. to provide CAs and providers with information on filing claims correctly,using EDI, and to get answers to questions. To sign up or see available dates, click here and complete the registration form. You will receive instructions by email for the Webinar prior to the date you selected. Registration is required at least one week prior to the date you select.

We want to make the CA Training accessible to all CAs. If Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. is not a good time, complete the Contact Us form with possible times you can complete the training. We will be in touch with you to schedule and alternate training time.
