Health One Alliance, LLC Contract Negotiations Completed
ActivHealthCare has recently completed negotiations with Health One Alliance, LLC. This contract will add over 90,000 covered lives to our network. Beech Street Acquires ppoNext
Beech Street Corporation, a Concentra company recently acquired ppoNEXT, Inc. for $19 million in a stock transaction. As a result of this purchase, ppoNEXT is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Beech Street. Since Beech Street is currently one of our network affiliates, there will be minimal change in how these claims are processed. The provider contracts for both ppoNEXT and Beech Street remain in full force and effect.
